While I was sick in bed, Scott took Lupikona for a walk every morning and evening.
When I was resting in bed upstairs, some noises at the front door told me Lupikona had come home from their walk. Every time they came home, I could hear their rapid footsteps running upstairs.

Lupita and Kona ran full tilt to the edge of the bed and popped their heads over it. Because they know they are not allowed on the bed, Lupita stretched herself over the edge and Kona reached out her hand.
Welcome home, Lupikona. I’m here. That moment I felt happy and comforted.
After getting plenty of rest, I feel much better now. Lupikona, I will take you for a walk tomorrow.
