This is Lupita in the veterinary hospital last Saturday.
Lupita has a hypothyroid (low thyroid) condition. She takes medication twice a day to maintain a normal thyroid level so she can live her life like other healthy dogs. She has to have a blood test every 6 months to monitor her condition. The day before yesterday she had another semiannual blood test. The test results were normal. What a relief! We will keep taking care of her so that she can have a healthy life and keep smiling.
